I try to use my Fitbit everyday there are days I only get 5000 steps but I still like to track everything. If you have a Fitbit and would like to add me here's my email

I haven't had surgery yet (waiting for approval from my insurance). I have been using Fitbit HR for several months and find it both a pretty good motivator to get moving and a good place to log my food and Water intake. My biggest problem is remembering to put it on after charging it! For pre-op I have had it set to burning 750 calories per day more than I take in and have taken steps to lower my carbs while increasing my Protein. I have lost 20 los, but am currently at a plateau and hoping that my approval for gastric bypass comes soon!
