I got my surgery Date...Nov 11th. I want to find out what are some of the best Bariatric Vitamins to take after the sleeve?

Wellesse liquid vitamins. I get them from my surgeon's office for 7.99 a bottle (which is enough for 16 days). Walgreens has them for $7.49. I tried Bariatric Advantage chewable multi, but they literally made me throw up. Stick with bariatric Vitamins is what I hear repeatedly. Also, I went to a presentation regarding Calcium and WLS, I will never stop that supplement!

I'm still preop, but i just bought some patch Vitamins from patchmd.com. Ive heard good things about them, so i thought I'd give it a try. Haven't gotten them yet.

Centrum chewable vitamins, that is what I was sent home with after my surgery.

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
