Ask your doctor, but I was taking it for a little while a few months out (stopped because of reflux for some reason it was causing it).

I took a special Vitamin with Biotin in it for the first three months, and now I take Biotin as a side supplement for hair, skin and nails.

I took it before, they took me off all supplements for a few weeks before but I started back on everything including the fish oil about a week after.

I'm taking the vita fusion chewable for skin hair and nails. I'm a lil less than 2 months out from my surgery, but my dr wants me to start taking them now.

And yes I take fish oil and coq 10 and dr said no prob for both

I switched to Krill oil because my fish oil pills are massive. Too scared to even try to swallow them.
