My Dr only requested 1 day before to eat light. 1 boiled egg and toast with no butter for Breakfast , for lunch and dinner only Clear Liquids and at 2pm I have to start drinking the bottle of magnesium citrate to clear my intestines (not so excited about that lol) Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
Namaste6 82 Posted October 7, 2015 I'm also from Texas, I'm getting a revision Lap Band to Sleeve on Oct 16. My pre op diet is 2 shakes 1 meal and liquids only on day before surgery. Not bad at all ???? I am scheduled for November 4th. Your pre-op diet is what I am doing, but for a full two weeks. It is so crazy how different they all are. I am just hoping to get used to smaller portions.

Runner1 52 Posted October 8, 2015 What shakes or clear liquids do you all like? I have found a few now. I like the low sodium chicken broth and today I found a beef broth that has roasted garlic and onion taste. It is a Safeway brand, but needed something different since Ive been on chicken broth for a week now.
