Sinus infection 3 weeks post op

So yay for me lol. I got a sinus infection and I'm 3 weeks post op today. I can drink Water and feel fine but when I try to drink my shakes I feel very nauseous and can't drink much. It's only been yesterday and today but I know I'm not getting my Protein in. I'm trying but I can't just yet. I'm supposed to get 3 a day and can barely finish one and nothing the rest of the day. I know it won't last long but it's driving me nuts because I know I need to get it all down. I feel drained today and feel a nap will probably make me feel a bit better so I will try more shake later. Anyone have this issue? Any suggestions would be great.

Sorry you are not feeling well. How about making homemade chicken Soup or miso soup. High in Protein. I hope you feel better soon
