imadethelist 226 Posted September 30, 2015 I just saw Carb Blockers in the supplement section of a bariatric food page. Has anyone used them and more importantly what was the result? I've changed my eating habits quite drastically over the last year so I don't eat many carbs generally, but thought this would be great on those occasions with this Italian just can't avoid the Pasta. Interested in specifics, like do they result in digestive discomfort? Diarrhea? Have they helped with additional weight loss? And can they be effectively used as a one off, or is this something you need to take every day to get the benefit out of it? Any experience you've had and are willing to share would be appreciated. Thanks all!
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted September 30, 2015 Never tried it, and honestly I'm suspect of a product like that. If you are at goal some Pasta once in a while shouldn't derail you. It's the too frequent eating of pasta and/or too large a portion that is a problem.
LVGhostgirl 84 Posted October 1, 2015 I am an "it works" believer. I take the Thermos and the fat fighters carb inhibitors before my meals. I always start with Protein first but there is no discomfort at all, they keep me on track and the cravings under control. They work for me.
