I am fairly new to this site, I just got my date of December 2!! I am going to see dr pompa in Mexico I've heard great things. Looking for some support along the way.

I know I will struggle with the pre op diet I am very excited but also very nervous.

Hi, Good luck inyour endeavor. If you have not already listened or read Alex Brecher's books on WLS , it could be very helpful.

Congrats @@Sleevin-in-secret!!!!!! The pre-op diet is only a pain for the first couple of days, tough it out and it will get easier. Feel free to ask any questions, I had my gastric sleeve in May of this year in Tijuana, Mexico through QMF. Best decision I've ever made.
