P3 by Oscar Mayer for your purse. Order Soups at restaurants and add unflavored Unjury powder you pre measure into little plastic one ounce sauce containers (restaurant supply stores like Smart and Final carry them). If you have Lindora Clinics or Medical Weight Loss Centers they carry powdered lemonade that has 12 grams of Protein. Don't pay any mind to what other people think about what you order, our lives no longer revolve around food!

Those starkist tuna packets are excellent for storing in a purse or gymbag. Lots of Protein and low calorie. I love peanuts, so I always have some of those on hand. Jerky was my best friend for months when traveling. Otherwise deli meats and hummus are my mainstays.

Oh, chili for tailgating!

@@Hello new me fish! Fish is healthy and soft on the stomach. Most restaurants have some kind of fish. Hopefully you like fish because if you don't this was a big fat waste of your time :)

I wasn't a big fish fan pre-op, but it is quickly becoming a new favorite of my new tummy post-op.

P3 are a definite. I take them to work with me sometimes when I don't have time to make a proper lunch. I keep a stock in my fridge, since they are quick and easy. I agree that I have to remember that life no longer revolves around food. I hope it gets easier with time. Thanks for the advice on the Protein Powder with Soup. It isn't something that I have tried yet.
