Optifast makes me homicidal! :)

I bought peppermint extract and put a lille with the chololate Optifast with some ice....it has a nice taste...I also blend the optifast with vanilla extract, mixed essence, cinnimon and ice.....give it a try....you have to be creative with OF!

Mix it with LOTS of ice.....even add some vanilla extract....or rum extract......I even add vanilla to the chocolate Optifast and with LOTS of ice.....it actually does taste like a milkshake
