Ugh, pretty beat up, but excited to start this journey!

I had my surgery on Oct 14th and I can honestly it's not as bad I had prepared myself for. I mostly just sore at my incision sites. Even getting the Water down is only slightly uncomfortable but I can't complain. Happy to have started this journey I'm even more excited for those who have started theirs as well. Today is 1 week post op. Not gonna lie was very sore and still have soreness on my right side. Was it unbearable...no! Would I do it again.....hell yes !

Walk, walk, walk.....drink Water ! Down 11 pounds already !
