Melbasue 0 Posted July 11, 2007 Hi, everyone. I had my Lap Band on January 30, 2007 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tn. I guess I was a Light-Weight as I started out at 215 pounds but had struggled with weight all my life along with high blood pressure & high cholestrol, strokes also ran in my family along with diabetes. I have only lost 40 pounds and weight loss has slowed down almost to nothing in the last month. Are there any others out there whose weight loss has almost stopped after 5 1/2 months? melbasue:help:
juliegeraci 7 Posted July 11, 2007 Melbasue, Mine has stalled for quite a few months. It seems like I have been 227 for 6 months. The only thing that has helped me is working out. I finally have broke my plateau.

Melbasue 0 Posted July 11, 2007 I only have about 15 to 20 pounds left to reach my goal. I guess I would be happy with where I am but sure do want to get to my goal before the end of the year. I have to admit that I do not exercise like I should, work in an office so spend most of my day sitting at desk. Maybe that is the answer, just get up and move.
