I had cheesecake flavored pudding (sugar free, fat free) with fair life milk and a scoop of Protein Powder earlier. The chocolate body fortress powder I have made it taste like brownie cheesecake. So good. :)

Where do you get your unflavored Protein? They had it in the hospital and I liked mixing I into my crystal light, but can't find it.

I love my powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein powder. i have all the flavors, inlcuding the unflavored and chicken Soup. I just did the revision from sleeve to bypass and they were trying to get me to change at the surgeons office and I was like....no way, I am keeping what I know and love.

What I have discovered this time through that I love and am addicted to for my Water is the Isopure Zero Carb Protein Drink. It has forty grams of Protein in it, and tastes really good. It's 20 fl ounces. So I get in part of my Water and protein at the same time, which I am really happy about.

Anyway, those are my loves so far. :)

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
