My weight loss is going well, I'm down 37 lbs. I'm meeting my protein goals and I typically fall just short of my water goals. I get up and walk 2 miles before work every week day. I average somewhere between 10k and 15 k steps a day. I've also tried to incorporate different night time activities, like hiking or roller skating. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Remix 153 Posted September 24, 2015 I'm a mid July sleever (july 11). Down 35 lbs. Exercising 5-6x a week, usually an hour of swimming laps or jogging for an hour. I need to add strength training too but haven't yet. I'm meeting my Protein goals but only with a Protein shake for Breakfast every day. Water is usually good too.
