amboyd 81 Posted January 13, 2016 Awesome! Keep it going. Has anyone seen the 30 day shay loss challenge on you tube? I think it is called fat dad fat kid. As soon as I am over this flu. I will be doing it. I have been watching it. I know it will kick my butt, but it looks fun at the same time.

Cape Crooner 589 Posted January 16, 2016 Nope, just kept keeping on. I do have a party tonight (unrelated) that lends itself to mischievous grazing and red wine, so I'll probably avoid the scale until Monday.

MarciaN 391 Posted January 18, 2016 Just got back from my 8 day cruise. Happy that I kept to plan--- not happy to come back to below zero weather! I haven't really lost a lot since surgery... I go to my doctor's on Wednesday which is my 8 week follow up and am only down 3 pounds in 6 weeks. Not sure what is happening but at least it is going down- even if it is slow. My NSV is that I was able to purchase closed in the regular Misses area- not plus size- for the cruise. Yes- it was the largest size in the misses area but so many more choices! I actually had a portrait taken on the cruise (something I definitely would not have done before!) I don't think I look FAT anymore- just chubby LOL!
MarciaN 391 Posted January 18, 2016 Oh forgot to mention that I did a tour of an old fort in San Juan and made it up all the stairs and ramps without even thinking about it! When I looked at my fitbit for that day I had done an equivalent of 42 flights of stairs! Who would have ever thought....
