Sleeve Inspired 0 Posted September 19, 2015 Will be starting pureed food this week and have been looking at blenders. Wondering what everybody else uses before I spend a fortune on a new one!
Veronica_mm 87 Posted September 19, 2015 I bought a good cuisenart one but to be honest I really haven't pureed anything. I puree it with my mouth and chewing eating soft stuff to begin with. I also have the magic bullet that purees small amounts at a time.

umo 86 Posted September 20, 2015 I use my Vitamix that I have had for a while.
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted September 20, 2015 Nutra bullet. I have the original version and it's still going strong. A Vitamix is on my wish list of things to buy.
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted September 20, 2015 For purees, I used a mini food processor. Mine is a Cuisinart, about $35 on Amazon if I remember right. I use an immersion blender for Protein Shakes.< /p>
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted September 20, 2015 I bought a few mini blenders and returned them all. My pureed food stage only lasted a few weeks and I decided that I could live on refried Beans, very soft scrambled eggs, warmed Peanut Butter, hummus, guacamole, cream Soups, yogurt, cream cheese, boxed mashed potatoes and gravy, etc. along with my Protein drinks. After my pureed stage, I knew I would never want mushy food again.
