Gaelsmom 100 Posted September 18, 2015 Anyone get super shaky after morning workouts pre-food? Doc told me to have a banana or some banana with Protein pre-workout. I have been struggling to workout. My muscles are super tight. I'm 5 weeks post op but haven't had any carbs along the way. I am struggling to eat 400 cals. TammyDTM 391 Posted September 18, 2015 If I am going to do an intense aerobic workout I drink a Protein shake before and I eat Protein after. If not so intense, I drink 1/2 of the shake before and drink the other 1/2 after. I do not add any extra carbohydrates. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
