my doc recommended a website specifically for weight loss surgery patients - wlsvitamins.com - they have Protein powders, hot/cold drinks, shakes, broth and Soups. Unjury powder is the brand they offer.

Lean shake 25 at GNC. The vanilla and strawberry are very good. Also the Atkins shakes are good- especially the Carmel cafe, but it's lower in Protein than most 15g so watch that.

I love Syntax nectar Protein powder. They have lots of flavors to choose from. My current favorite is Double Stuffed Cookie- it is so good!! I buy it from my surgeons offices and online.
