I start my pre-op diet tomorrow and have surgery next Tuesday September 22!

I should add that I am jealous that you have a short pre op diet. I have been on it almost two weeks now.

Are you having full bypass? Maybe on the 23 we can talk and compare not on the 22! Lol

Hello! What kind of Protein are you drinking? Maybe I can share some recipes I came up with for my 2 week pre-op back in April. I had my surgery at mayo hospital and they use Optifast.

I just bought some vanilla Protein Powder and am mixing it with fruit. Very open to suggestions ......
