mtraverse 327 Posted September 14, 2015 Not right away. Ask your NUT first. It sits heavy for me but I steal a tsp here and there. It's high fat, sugar and not too high in Protein so other things would be a better choice. In fact PB 2 is really good substitute and much less calories and fat! Margie122 845 Posted September 14, 2015 I love Peanut Butter. ❤️???????????????? I have to ration it when I eat it because it can be a trigger food for me. I am only buying the natural Peanut Butter now and I measure out exactly 2 tbsp. I am 4 weeks out from surgery and I can have it....but I am trying to stay away as it can be problematic!
