laguerr13 993 Posted September 12, 2015 I have been depressed the last two weeks because I got hurt at work and couldn't go to the gym, but I was sure to monitor myself and stay on track, and I didn't deviate from any other things I do, so in a week or so I hit 288lbs that is exactly -100lbs, then I only have 93lbs or so to goal weight!!!!
