Does anyone know of a good proven face lotion to use after surgery? I have this picture in my head of aging 20 years with my skin hanging off my face...

I use coconut oil. Apply liberally and wipe off excess. I buy pure virgin unrefined from the supermarket. Inexpensive and all natural. Over 100lbs down and no sagging in my face. I'll be 52 next month.

I buy Estée Lauder Advance Time Zone for my mother (it's pricey), but as someone who used to urge her to get a facelift, she has had some noticeable toning with this cream.
