Just 30 days ago we made what is probably the biggest change to our lifes. That first week was rough for me and I kept dreaming of today and how I would feel. I would see the older ladies at the grocery store moving faster than me and wonder will I ever move like me again. Well this week I walk faster, get things done faster and even drive faster lol. What a wonderful change to feel so much better each day and enjoying the weight loss. so worth the effort and change in lifestyle. I know the future will only get better.

I to am an August 10th...its been a journey I must admit! What I do love most is that I come to realize that Im not snoring anymore.....the weight loss is slow at times but when you drop you drop for sure. Congrats to all of us..
