tiffcor04 7 Posted September 10, 2015 Hi I'm Tiffany I mostly read these posts and never really publish but I'm worried and need some input. I am four months post on from the rny. I have lost 66lbs from surgery and here over the past three to four weeks I lose 5-6 pounds and stop losing for about a week or more. I do think know if this is considered small stalls or what the issue is but I do my Protein and I feel as if I get adequate amounts of food too keep the weight loss consistent. Am I done losing weight? I'm not ready to be done. I wanna be under 200 and I'm scared I'm not going to get to that point! What's going on? Any reassurance or advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you
Dream4tc 192 Posted September 10, 2015 You look awesome!!! Great job!!! Have you tried changing up your cardio? Changing your caloric intake a bit for a day or 2? You need to confuse your body again by doing something different, which alot of times will break stalls. You aren't done. Keep going and be patient, the weight will fall off don't worry
CharlotteKat 90 Posted September 10, 2015 I think you are going to be fine. Your body's schedule for losing weight does not match what you have in mind. All you can do is exercise more and keep your calories under 900 a day. Your body has to finally give in at some point. I've been through a couple of small stalls. They can really be discouraging, but they seem to end after 2-3 weeks. I have found that they are most likely to happen when I'm doing the same thing for several days like same food, same workout.
