Starting my 6 month pre op diet ☺

Hi all

I started my 6 months pre op diet on the 1st of this month so I am looking at having the gastric bypass in or around March time I think all being well is anybody able to explain the whole process please on what should happen from now and my surgery please?

And also if any one is able to give me any advice or helping tips for the stage I'm at would also be very very helpful

I am currently weighing in at 19 stone and feel so miserable so really hoping all goes well for me on this chance to being slim & healthy.
