Eating to fast.

I will be about one month out on Saturday. And I know it should take me around 20 or 30 mins to eat. The longest it takes me is 15 mins the fastest is 10-11 mins. Any tips to help me? I've really been trying, very hard but I still eat fast.

Honestly, I'm still a fast eater as well two months out. Eating fast makes it so you don't realize you're full until there is pain, but I pre-portion my food out so that it isn't really a problem.

I have to set a timer on my phone for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes and only take another bite when the timer goes off.
