lachellove 486 Posted September 9, 2015 I will be about one month out on Saturday. And I know it should take me around 20 or 30 mins to eat. The longest it takes me is 15 mins the fastest is 10-11 mins. Any tips to help me? I've really been trying, very hard but I still eat fast. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
BarrySue 602 Posted September 9, 2015 Honestly, I'm still a fast eater as well two months out. Eating fast makes it so you don't realize you're full until there is pain, but I pre-portion my food out so that it isn't really a problem. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
