September Sleevers!

I am scheduled for the 21st I started my Optifast diet yesterday (3 shakes 2 soups) and so far haven't been as miserable as I thought I would be, maybe because i'm excited to get through this!

I think the excitement is what's helping me through it all too! I've been in such a great mood since they called and gave me the appt! Usually I wake up feeling so full no matter what time I've eaten, but today I don't feel full or hungry! Yay lol

My preop diet is 4-5 shakes and 2 fruit servings and 1 veggie.

It takes me a while just to finish my 2 shakes, I can't imagine so many lol.

I'm the 28th in San Antonio. I go tomm for my preop appt. and get all my preop diet supplies. Super excited!

I am scheduled for today 9/9! Though I am excited about a new beginning I am also very nervous about having surgery. Good luck to you all!

Good luck today! I am so excited but I know the nervousness will kick in closer to the date. But it will all be worth it in the end!

@@nattiec21 I haven't received my date yet but I have been doing the pre op diet for almost 2 months this was during the time I debated on having the sleeve good luck.

Wow 2 months?! That's some real dedication! Awesome job!

Crazy! I'm with Dr. Stegeman and mine will be at Bay Area.

@@nattiec21 whoa, I'm in CC also and my surgery is scheduled the same day!!
Wow! Who is your doctor? I have doctor McDaniels so my surgery will be in Victoria that day!
