Maybe you need to do something different (less carbs, more Protein, more Water, more cardio?). Don't be too hard on yourself! Thank you so much I believe it might have been to much carbs .. I will be carb free from now on ... now it says 184.5 no carbs at all yesterday and I made tacos for the family lol..
