lachellove 486 Posted October 6, 2015 186.5 gained this week trying hard feeling discouraged perfectly normal to fluctuate a couple of lbs., but I would reflect back on your meal and exercise plan last week . Maybe you need to do something different (less carbs, more Protein, more Water, more cardio?). Don't be too hard on yourself! Thank you so much I believe it might have been to much carbs ..
