Oh, I have one more tip, the Greek yogurt-plain- is LOADED with Protein but not so much on flavor.. I mix a little SF cheesecake pudding powder in it and voila girl, you're eating cheesecake!!! And no, mine didn't have plain but the piña colada is pretty plain. Tastes just like plain coconut Water

Thank you so much!!! I'm going to try that next. Dietician today said not to worry as much about pudding yogurt and the thicker things...she says focus on getting fluids in. so coco protein, water and Powerade zero!

I've told so many other people about the coco Protein. I LOVE IT. was able to finish whole bottle yesterday and no after taste or issues! thank you so much!!! how are u? just sent u a private message too. so glad I met you ????
