What are the best protein powders and vitamins?

Trying to start my shopping since my surgery is in a month on Oct 7th. Can anyone recommend and Protein powders that are good pre and post op?? Also what Vitamins should I buy?( brands)

Isopure unflavored. I got it so I can add it to anything and it does not have to be sweet. So I can add it to broth, etc.
