readyforthislifechange 82 Posted September 7, 2015 I know the broccoli cheese Soup from paneras is probably not the right thing to consume during the full liquid stage, but I was wondering if anyone else has and what their experience has been? I am drinking my Protein shakes and have tried a multitude of Soups and seem to just can't find any that I like. This is my favorite Soup of all time and was wondering what some opinions might be on trying this?
glitter eyes 1,398 Posted September 7, 2015 I ate the Panera broccoli and cheese Soup while I was on full liquids. I strained it really good and ran it through my blender and it was very creamy with no lumps or chunks. I also would add a little non flavored Protein Powder to it. I will do that.
lovemylukers 80 Posted September 7, 2015 I had the chicken noodle Soup and just had the broth, it was really really good!
KDM74 186 Posted September 7, 2015 Panera is deceptively unhealthy so be careful what you order. I love their Soups and salads too but some are full of fat. The black bean is a good bet for Protein as well once you can eat regularly.
BarrySue 602 Posted September 7, 2015 I ate paneras Soup without straining, but left out the bigger chunks during full liquid.< /p>
