I'm 11 days out I know I can't have popcorn yet...but when? I love the 100 calories packs...

Given the shells, kernels, small size, and ability for all those crumbly bits to get stuck in your new sleeve, I'd say wait for clearance from your doc. At minimum, I would guess 2-3 months.

I guess when you're cleared for all foods. For me that's at 6 weeks.

But even though there are only 100 calories, how many carbs are there?

Keep in mind it's not only the calories, but the carbs. I have popcorn on occasion, but rarely. Even then I didn't indulge until I was 6 mths out. Being able to comfortably get in more than 60gms of Protein was more of a priority. I currently make sure to get in at least 100gms of protein.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
