briefs199 337 Posted September 6, 2015 I'm excited. Is it frozen or dried?
rnsamantha 352 Posted September 6, 2015 I have. It's okay, but kind of heavy in my stomach. It's very thin and fragile so be careful taking it out of the package. It didn't agree with me, but I'm not sure if it was the Pasta or the sauce (I have trouble with ground beef) that did it.
Elode 8,093 Posted September 6, 2015 @@Caroline08042015 No, but I make spaghetti squash and use it for noodles now! Best trade off yet! If you try it Let us know if it's good.
Caroline08042015 0 Posted September 6, 2015 It is dried...I will try this week with a little ricotta and pesto.

Caroline08042015 0 Posted September 15, 2015 I used some ricotta cheese and homemade pesto. Super Yummy!!
majorsmama 91 Posted September 16, 2015 I absolutely love this Pasta. Unfortunately my surgeon had me cut my carbs back tremendously due to a stall in my weight loss. So I can't have any for a while. When I made it, I added pesto and sautéed shrimp.
ttdish 315 Posted September 17, 2015 (edited) I bought this, and had a tiny taste when my husband had it. Not bad at all!!! I like spaghetti squash, but it's just not the same as chewing Pasta. I'm looking forward to having this in my later stages to get my Pasta fix on occasion. Edamame is super good for you! ~*~ Find me on YouTube: Trisha's Sleeve Story ~*~ Edited September 17, 2015 by ttdish
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted September 17, 2015 I bought it from whole foods. I liked it.
tacocat 48 Posted September 22, 2015 I want this, but I'm suppose to avoid soy because of my thyroid issues.
ttdish 315 Posted September 23, 2015 (edited) I get to start veggies next week, and am so excited to add a small portion of these to my meal. I assume I get to count them as a veggie, since the only two ingredients are edamame and Water. ~*~ Find me on YouTube: Trisha's Sleeve Story ~*~ Edited September 23, 2015 by ttdish
