marie beal 4 Posted September 6, 2015 Is anyone out there. Know about a delicious Protein Drink? if you do please send the name for me
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted September 6, 2015 I like Premier Protein, GNC Lean 25, Syntrax nectar, and ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrate. There are many, many posts on this site with Protein shake recommendations, but the best thing to do is to try them and see what you like.
MzB 297 Posted September 6, 2015 I like all the same ones as @@Inner Surfer Girl. . I would add Unjury chicken Soup for a non-sweet option.

James Marusek 5,244 Posted September 6, 2015 Everyone has different taste. The important thing is to experiment until you find one that you can tolerate. For me that was "Muscle Milk Light" (vanilla Creme) powder blended with Water using a half a banana. I used a Ninja blender with a single size serving cup. Good luck. Mini_me007 121 Posted September 6, 2015 Premier Protein ready-made shakes in vanilla and chocolate are my favorites. Just a quick note about unjury chicken Soup Protein Powder...I bought some and was adding it to my blended Soups at a little under 2 weeks out to get in my Protein after surgery. My weight loss nearly stopped at 2 weeks. Wasn't a stall...just slowed wwaayy down! Had a follow-up with surgeon and he said that Unjury chicken soup Protein Powder was way too high in sodium and was causing Water retention. I stopped using it and sure enough, the Water retention went away and I started losing again. Your results may vary.
ready2B 263 Posted September 6, 2015 I love the BariWise hot cocoa mixes. They dissolve completely and don't clump like a lot of other Protein mixes. The mint & amaretto are my favorites! I also just this week tried Smart Protein by TR supplements (you can search for it on Amazon). The vanilla is very mild and not too sweet like a lot of others. It also dissolves completely so no graininess. I mix it with Carbmaster milk and a dash of whatever flavoring drops I want (those little Lorann 1 gm bottles used in candy making). So far, I've used Eggnog, Cake Batter, and Praline & Cream. Fantastically delicious!
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted September 6, 2015 If you need something savory try the ProtiDiet Soups. I used the creamy chicken and Tomato basil a lot during my liquid phase.
_Kate_ 2,224 Posted September 6, 2015 Optimum Nutrition and Syntrax nectar ~ love them both.
Djmohr 6,965 Posted September 6, 2015 Premier Protein seems to be the best tasting and easiest as they are ready made. The can be purchased at Sam's or costco in 18 packs. You can sometimes find them in 4 packs at Walgreens. The nice part about ready made shakes is you are not dealing with the grit that comes along with the majority of powdered solutions. I will say that my second favorite would be the syntax Nectars that can be mixed with Water or milk but you will need a blender or blender cup with the little ball in it? zackly 13 Posted September 7, 2015 I've been experimenting. So far here's my favorite: 2 scoops chocolate Muscle Milk Light 1 Tablespoon-sugar free Chocolate Syrup (I use U-Bet brand) 7oz milk (or water) 1 cup chopped ice Blend until smooth The chocolate syrup is the key. It covers up the nasty taste. Almost as good as Dairy Queen!
micnic1027 1 Posted September 7, 2015 I like EAS carb control in rich dark chocolate. Walmart carries them and I frequently have coupons. I also have them on my subscribe and save with Amazon. Hth
