emilyphoenix74 49 Posted September 5, 2015 Hey y'all. Im currently using a regular blender to make my protien drinks. It leaves them so foamy that i dont want to drink them so i didnt some protien shake research and learned i should use a smoothie maker not a blender... What types of equipment are you using? MrsKitz 20 Posted September 6, 2015 I recently bought a Ninja. It has a lot of power and I haven't had any foam.
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted September 6, 2015 They told us in our program not to use any of those because they add too much air into drinks.< /p>

OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted September 6, 2015 A shaker. I use a shaker for all my Protein and it works fine. No clumps.
shellyd67 198 Posted September 6, 2015 I use a ninja and then let my drinks chill in the fridge and the foam seems to settle after an hour or so. Since we aren't able to use a straw, the foam grosses me out ????
xlawman 23 Posted September 7, 2015 Shelly is right. I have a Ninja machine and it works great. xlawman
zackly 13 Posted September 7, 2015 If you have a big budget check out Vitamix or Blendtec blenders. Those are the brands you see in smoothie shops.
