I see my last mental health Tuesday, and then my last NUT appt is the 28th of September. Nurse said looking at an October date .. Who gave you your date?

My surgeon offered 3 dates and I chose the one best for me. They were a week apart.

My surgeon's OR nurse. She is in the office but attends him on surgery days in the OR.
