gorilamom 3 Posted September 4, 2015 I'm 9 months post op and I can't seem to make the scale budge. I workout like a crazy lady and I think I eat right. At least it's worked for the 86 pounds I've lost thus far. Any ideas that you have or experience you could share. Thanks. Brandi
Daisee68 2,493 Posted September 4, 2015 Start with logging. Just "thinking" you eat right could be an issue and using a food log will help you identify where you might need to change and/or give you something to provide to your NUT for help.
aelovelady 243 Posted September 4, 2015 I concur with the above. I log everything, even the two wintogreen lifesavers I just ate at my manicure place (30 cal, btw). If that doesn't work, call your nutritionist.
James Marusek 5,244 Posted September 4, 2015 At 9 months, your allotment for meals has increased significantly. At this point if you were concentrating on consuming high Protein meals, you should be able to reduce the number of Protein supplements (Protein shakes, protein bars) that you are taking (and the calories associated with those supplements). ready2B 263 Posted September 5, 2015 I am almost 10 months out and have only lost 3 lbs in this past month so I hear you! But - I have dropped 3 pant sizes this past month too - so go figure. Just keep following your plan. I have started to increase my activity level a bit more and that seems to have broken my stall. (*crossing fingers!*)
