bellabloom 2,467 Posted September 4, 2015 I'm having a hard time stopping my desire to keep losing weight. I'm at 122 pounds, I'm 5'6. I'm very thin. But I just keep lowering my goal weight. I love the feeling of seeing the number go down. I'm terrified to see it go up. I feel like I'm not safe unless I am at the very bottom of what I can weigh. I'm so scared of weight gain!!!! But this is getting crazy. I'm going to start looking anorexic. Is anyone else going through this??? Also I reached my weight loss goal in eight months so fast, so my brain hasn't caught up yet. I still feel fat sometimes
newmebithebypass 713 Posted September 4, 2015 i would suggest talking to a psychiatrist about this because weight loss patients have some form of body dysmorphia and it takes a while for the brain to catch up to the body. please get help before you do damage to your healing body.
