only1lgt 1 Posted July 8, 2007 Hi, all. I am just over one week with my band and I have lost 15 pounds. I am a little concerned that the loss might be too much for just over a week and I am always hungry with liquids (water, green tea, broth, Jello, etc). I have started eating yogurt and smoothies. My doctor required liquids and a Protein Shake for the first week, moving on to yogurt, mashed potatoes, cream of wheat the 2nd week (but only 2 tbsp worth.)
