jdorton 6 Posted September 3, 2015 I can't seem to sleep very much, maybe 3 hours? Sleeved on Aug 27th. Anyone have any suggestions please?
courtr08 0 Posted September 3, 2015 I was also sleeved on the 27th and the first few days I did have trouble but I slept good last night so I hope it's getting better. Is it pain?
jdorton 6 Posted September 3, 2015 Wow! How are you doing? No not pain, I quit any pain meds on Monday... They were helping me sleep... I just wake up and can't fall asleep, I wondered if maybe it was the B12?
courtr08 0 Posted September 3, 2015 I am doing really great which is a lot better than I thought I would be doing! I have had no complications at all with my sleeve. I am taking everything down wonderfully and no reflux or nausea. How about you? It could definitely be the B12 but I would ask your doctor if it continues. TJBintheOC 104 Posted September 3, 2015 I didnt sleep well for about a month. I'm 10 wks out and all issues have been resolved. I think it's just a combination of things; surgery, new diet, meds, etc. Good luck. ❤️
jdorton 6 Posted September 3, 2015 That's great! I'm good too, getting everything down, just the sleep issue and tiredness! Oh boy, a month! That's terrible! Hard to be motivated with lack of sleep!!

GigiRH 30 Posted September 4, 2015 I am now 6 months out. I was having a terrible time sleeping. Would fall asleep and wake up every few hours. It does get better. I am now sleeping through the night.
leighannnn1791 38 Posted September 6, 2015 I was sleeved Aug 31. I had trouble sleeping more than 3 hours for about 4 days! (Mostly because I had to sleep on my back because my stomach was in such bad pain from the surgery and gas) But it gets better! I'm 6 days post - op and can finally sleep on my side/belly. Hope you get some sleep soon!
BarrySue 602 Posted September 6, 2015 7 weeks post-op, but I'm still not able to sleep on my stomach. Having 3842380 pillow and a body pillow helps a little, but some people simply aren't back-sleepers.
