Michelle Tarver 62 Posted September 2, 2015 I am meeting most of the goals finding a Protein shake/powder I like. Eating slower,ect.. I still have to work on switching to Decaf coffee and food logging. I am not planning on having surgery until Dec at the absolute earliest if not Feb or March... Which is good because today the NUT informed me they just learned my insurance has a requirement that I meet with her for 3 consecutive months. Duh.. I had an appointment for late August they called me and rescheduled. Isn't it their job to keep that stuff in mind? I have been seeing the NUT since June so if I was in a hurry this would have/should have been my last appointment But I am now at square one. Not sure which I want to work on..food logging..cause that will make me lose weight and I am in the category that I can not or my BMI is to low to quality.
