Milk in protein gives me gas

OK, so I've tried skim milk, almond milk and lactose free milk and all do not agree with my stomach. Help!

hmmmm.....I would think Unjury would be OK. But if by some offchance it *is* something in the Unjury, you might want to try Syntrax. It doesn't have an aftertaste, either (in fact, the only two Protein powders I've found so far that don't have that protein aftertaste are Injury and Syntrax products)

Yes it's high in Protein and I can tolerate it before surgery and being lactose intolerance have less problems than regular milk.

I just recently switched to Fairlife fat free (this week) and have not had any trouble at all AND it had more Protein than skim milk - double bonus!
