Help needed with posting

OK so I am feeling really stupid asking this question, but here goes. How do you get the pound line on the bottom of your signature to track your progress? I have not been able to figure it out. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. I get banded on 7/16 and want to tgrack it. Thank you! :help:

First of all, your ticker is for the number of days until your banding. Choose weight loss ticker info then after you choose your ticker, you have to complete the information that asks for weight, start date, etc.
