Jasmine Smith 235 Posted August 30, 2015 Yes... my last 3 post have been about this so called stall I'm in. Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks I've been at the same weight. It's gotta be something you can do to put your body into go mode again. I will be 5 weeks tomorrow and I keep being told the first 6 months is when you lose the most weight. How is that possible going at the rate I'm going?!? And yes I am following my diet and exercising 3/4 days a week!!!!
Karma J Riddell Henson 68 Posted August 31, 2015 I don't know anything about the stalls... yet. Maybe you just need to change things up....different exercise and maybe reduce your calories by a few. have you called your nutritionist? I am sure they can give you good advice! Good luck! Amylou 206 Posted September 1, 2015 I had a big stall for almost 3 weeks at about 3 weeks post-op too...and eventually my body resigned to the fact that I was not going to take in more calories and to just deal...and the weight started coming off again. Just make sure you're drinking all the Water you can...that you get some exercise in...and all your Protein in. No cheats. Not even a bite. And make sure you're getting decent sleep. Stalls come and go...but keep on the path and you'll still have success.
