Sleeves don't stretch, but can be eaten around. Are you experiencing more hunger? Eating more?

Are you tracking calories, carbs and protien? Staying strict with your plan, only eating Protein first and drinking all your Fluid? Staying away from sugar and white carbs?

You really didn't give out enough info to help you....you can't just depend on the sleeve for your weight loss. You've got to do the hard work to utilize it correctly.

Oh, and 4 pounds in one day sounds like Water retention to me.

I always do my Protein first I consume between 80 to 90 grams of protein a day and 70 ounces of Water a day.. I eat shakes with protein veggies and very less carbs but yesterday I had a lot of carbs and today but it seems like everytime I eat a carb the next day I want more and more so between yesterday and today is said that I gained 4 pounds probably because I've been eating nothing but carbs...

Hmmmmm. I dunno. You would have to eat A LOT to gain 4 pounds that fast. You may have gained a little, but I still say Water retention is the culprit.

And stay away from those carbs! They effect me the same way...the more I eat, the more I want!

I am sure you are fine. If you gained 4 pounds it wasn't because of one day. Think back are you eating a lot of fruit(carbs), drinking enough Water? Relax listen to you body. Keep reading and posting you'll find an answer.

Sorry Krystal that was for a previous post.

Go back to your roots. Let you tiny tummy know who's boss. Look at what you were eating and what you ate eating and go from there. You caught yourself early that is good. Look at old photos and remember the pain physical and emotional and all the work you've done on two years. Go on a second "honeymoon" phase show yourself your worth it...

Thanks for the advise Babb's. I have been struggling with the sweets. My sweet tooth is terrible now. But, I will find healthier alternatives. I told my nutritionist that I was using date paste as a sweetener for my brownies, he suggested that I go cold turkey on the sweets. Smh, I will start with using Stevia instead lol. But, once you go there, you will come back and thata my problem that I see now.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
