kranky813 477 Posted August 30, 2015 I have just hit my 10 day out mark and I have a question for the experts - Are you still counting the oz you drink on a daily basis. Right now I have so much focus on how many oz I am drinking in a day does this priority go away once you start eating food again? Does it get easier and you just know that you are drinking the right amount?
Daisee68 2,493 Posted August 30, 2015 I have an app on my phone to count it. It is really important. Another way to do it would be to fill up a 64 oz pitcher in the morning and then just make sure you finish it by the end of the day.
Babbs 14,681 Posted August 30, 2015 You will ALWAYS need 64 ounces of fluids. Period. But as time goes on, drinking gets a little easier, and you find a routine. You'll figure it out
jess9395 5,449 Posted August 30, 2015 Yeah exactly it becomes routine. I just know I have to drink 4 16oz bottles and then I'm done. I drink one first thing in the am, One after my run or yoga class, one in my car when I am shuttling kids here and there and one more throughout the day. TammyDTM 391 Posted August 30, 2015 You will need to make sure to get in at least 64 ounces of Water every day for the rest of your life. That is something that will get easier with time, however, you will still need to count. Congrats to you Babbs on making it to your goal!
