Initial Surgery Date: July 30 (later moved to August 6 but only because the surgeon went on vacation)

N.B. I was self pay and this will be very different if you are using insurance

Exactly 3 months from initial visit with the surgeon to the actual surgery. I had a surgery date from the first visit. In 3 months I got clearances from:

Cardiologist

Pulmonary

Psychologist

Nutritionist

Gastroenterology

30 days from consultation to surgery. I was a self pay.

Saw my surgeon for the first time on August 6. I met the dietitian and she cleared me on August 12. My pre-op appointment is September 28 and my surgery is September 30.
