Band to Sleeve Revision Leaks?

In 2011 when I revised I was told band to sleeve revision risk of leaks was about double that a virgin sleever. So instead of 1-2% risk more like 4%. It's scary business but I am so glad I did it. I don't recall hearing a leak story from a band to sleeve revision on these forums.

Lapband people might also need to unlearn some bad habits, like eating sliders, to maximize weight loss.
