2weeks out 13 pounds down 199 was 212 the day of surgery 39 more pounds to goal (my goal) doc says 150 .. I was given the okay for soft solids. Any ideas? I have a meal plan but wanted some tasty ways to start

I liked my own mixture of Taco seasoning, turkey hamburger and refried Beans.< /p>
